How to apply In UK for higher education?

For undergraduate programmes you have to apply through UCAS.
For Graduate or Post Graduate programmes you have to apply directly to universities.

Step 1:

Register with UCAS
Register here https://undergrad.apply.ucas.com/appreg2015/SecurityServlet?functionName=new for 2015 entry

Step 2:

Log in and start your application.
Your application does not have to be completed all at once. The system allows you to leave a section partially completed so you can return to it later and add to or edit any information you have entered
